The BrainVive NeuroRehab Protocol™
A DIFFERENT APPROACH
BrainVive helps children and adults by using an individualized, movement-based and sensory-focused program designed to support the way the brain receives, organizes, and responds to information.
What if the missing piece wasn't another therapy — but a stronger foundation?
SUPPORT FOR THE WHOLE PERSON
Most of the families and adults we work with have already been through counseling, tutoring, executive function coaching, occupational therapy, speech therapy, vestibular training or ABA. Some are still in those programs. Others have tried nearly everything and are still looking for what's missing.
BrainVive isn't here to replace that work. It's built to address something underneath it — the way the brain receives, organizes, and responds to sensory information in the first place. When that foundation is supported, the therapies already in place often have more to work with.
BrainVive is a 30-day, drug-free, passive NeuroRehab program designed to help the brain process sensory information more effectively — supporting communication, regulation, motor planning, and attention in both children and adults.
12 days in office → 18 days at home
Simple, gentle, passive.
THE NEUROREHAB PROTOCOL™
Our unique 30 day program consists of 12 days in-office followed by an 18 day continuation at home to reinforce and strengthen neural pathways.
01 · Auditory
The Headphones
Through headphones, you'll listen to specific sounds and frequencies designed to engage the auditory system. Nothing jarring or unfamiliar — just quiet, structured audio in a calm room.
02 · Vestibular
The Table
You'll lie on a table that moves in slow, gentle, rhythmic patterns. This engages the vestibular system — the part of the brain responsible for balance, body awareness, and how settled the nervous system feels.
03 · Visual
The Light Box
A lightbox shows a single color for most of the session, occasionally shifting. It's not a light show — no swirling patterns or rapid changes. The simplicity is the point: it gives the visual system something steady and predictable to track.
04 · At Home
Continuing at Home
After the 12-day in-office phase, the light portion of the protocol continues at home — two 20-minute sessions a day in a dark room, for 18 days. Simple, structured, and easy to fit into a normal routine.
From autism and PANS/PANDAS to athletic performance and adult brain fog, BrainVive works because these challenges often share the same root: a nervous system struggling to keep up.
The Brain Works Best When Its Systems Work Together
WHY MULTISENSORY INPUT MATTERS
Visual System
Helps the brain organize what we see, track movement, and orient to the environment.
Auditory System
Helps the brain process sound, timing, and verbal information efficiently.
Vestibular System
Helps support balance, spatial awareness, movement, and nervous system stability.
BrainVive’s NeuroRehab Protocol™ coordinates these systems together so the brain can process information more efficiently as a whole, resulting in a calmer, more efficient nervous system.
VIDEO TESTIMONIALS
Families like yours. Stories like theirs.
"My daughter has zero anxiety! Thank you, Brainvive!"
"I felt an immediate change in my body."
"Autism Story: We have never regretted Brainvive."
Is BrainVive just for children?
No. BrainVive works with both children and adults. The protocol is individualized based on age, neurological needs, and the concerns that brought you to BrainVive.
What happens during a BrainVive session?
During the 12 in-office days, each day includes two 30-minute sessions spaced apart to give the brain time to integrate. Sessions use coordinated visual, auditory, and vestibular input in a calm, predictable environment.
Why is the protocol 30 days long?
The protocol combines 12 days of intensive in-office stimulation with 18 days of continued input at home. The repetition is intentional, giving the brain consistent opportunities to reinforce and integrate new patterns.
What happens during the 18 days at home?
After the in-office portion, the protocol continues at home using the BrainVive light box. This extends the repeated neurological input beyond the clinic and supports continued integration through the remainder of the 30 days.
What makes BrainVive different?
BrainVive coordinates visual, auditory, and vestibular input together rather than addressing each system in isolation, using medication, or physical exertion. This gentle, multisensory approach is designed to support more efficient integration, regulation, and communication across the brain.
Can BrainVive be used alongside other therapies or treatments?
Yes. BrainVive is designed to complement existing care, not replace it. Many clients continue working with therapists, physicians, and other providers throughout the protocol.
How quickly do people typically notice changes?
Everyone responds differently. Some families report noticing changes during the in-office portion, while others see progress emerge more gradually in the weeks and months that follow as the brain continues to integrate the work.
Is BrainVive backed by research?
BrainVive draws on established research surrounding the visual, auditory, and vestibular systems, sensory integration, and neuroplasticity. You can explore the science behind the approach on our Research page.

GOOD QUESTIONS
Getting Started Is Simple.
Your evaluation is the first step. It's where we find exactly what nobody else has looked for and it’s where we identify the patterns that may be making everyday life harder than it needs to be.
