The NeuroRehab Protocol™:
What It Is, How It Works, and What to Expect

Everything you need to know before you take the first step.

What Happens in a Session

Each session begins the same way. Clients get comfortable on a specialized therapy table, put on a headset, and settle in.

Vestibular System
The table provides gentle movement, activating the vestibular system.

Visual System
A light box positioned in front of you shifts colors at rhythmic intervals.

Auditory System
Sounds in the headset play at precise volumes targeting your unique sensory profile.

Then you rest. That's it.

No tasks to complete. No exercises to perform. No effort required.

While your body relaxes, your brain is doing exactly what it needs to do.

Sessions are one hour long. For younger children or those who need a gentler introduction, sessions are split into two 30-minute blocks. Parents are welcome to stay in the room — and if your child needs you close, you can even join them on the table.

This is Neuroplasticity at Work.

The brain's ability to change is the foundation of what we do.

The NeuroRehab Protocol™ works because the brain learns through repetition and sensory input. When the visual, vestibular, and auditory systems are working together efficiently, the nervous system feels safe — and a brain that feels safe can focus, regulate, and heal.

The protocol targets all three systems simultaneously, in every session. Through gentle, repeated sensory input — light, movement, and sound — the brain begins to build new, more efficient neural pathways. Over time those pathways strengthen, and the nervous system shifts out of survival mode and into balance.

And when those systems are out of sync, the nervous system compensates. That compensation shows up differently in every person — as anxiety, overwhelm, inattention, emotional dysregulation, or difficulty learning.

"The changes came gradually — and then suddenly, about six months later, I realized she was a different child. More resilient. Less rigid. Emotionally steady in a way she never was before." —Lyndsie F.
